House Policies

Large Parties

  • Parties of 6+ get a 20% gratuity added to their check.
  • Parties of 15+ have a $500 minimum ($33.33 PP) That does not include gratuity.
  • Parties of 20+ have a $700 minimum ($35 PP) That does not include gratuity.
  • Parties of 24 people and up require a private event due to our small space. To get details email Kayla@Threemermaidspub.com
  • All parties that require a minimum will have a non-refundable $20 deposit. This will be subtracted from your bill on the day of.

Gratuities

  • ALL gratuity tables will receive one check, no split checks allowed. Up to 3 forms of payment may be used per table. Parties of 20+ people may use up to five forms of payment.
  • Any receipt left unsigned will have an automatic 20% added gratuity. Same with tabs left unpaid.
  • There will be a 10% gratuity on all to-go orders over $50.

Reservations

  • If you make a reservation and some of your party doesn’t show up and you do not call to change the reservation you will be charged accordingly.
    • Ex. You make a reservation for 7 people; you don’t call or tell us your party will now only be 5. You will still get the 20% gratuity added to your check.
  • ALL reservations will have a 15 min grace period. If you do not call or let us know you’re running late your table will go to someone else. This includes large reservations as well, and you will not get the $20 deposit back.

Peak Hours

  • During peak hours (3pm-close) each table will have a 1hr 45 min table time.

Minors Policy

  • No minors allowed after 9pm (To-go orders only for minors starting at 8:30pm)
