Our Story

Katya Kishinevsky, Owner

Three Mermaids Public House
Hello everyone!
My name is Katya and I’m the new proud owner of Three Mermaids Public House. I’m so excited to carry on the restaurant’s name and tradition, building on the hard work and success of Bill & Kim McAuliffe, the original owners. The Three Mermaids name came from the McAuliffe family crest, which has three mermaids and a shield. The mermaids represent the McAuliffe’s three daughters and the shield represents their son.
Family values have always been a huge part of this pub’s success and I will continue to honor that tradition. Growing up, I remember watching my parents’ get-togethers and being intrigued by my mother’s ability to buzz around the table, keeping everyone’s drinks full and the appetizers coming, while making jokes and conversation. My love for the restaurant industry stems from these childhood experiences and wanting to recreate the same inviting atmosphere for those who walk through the door. I’m really looking forward to building a strong connection with regulars and new guests, alike.
I’m incredibly passionate about food in my home and I want to share that love with the community and provide some new and unique food options. We now have a fully equipped kitchen and a full bar! I’m looking forward to being able to offer more food options and allowing my creativity to shine! I hope to see you all soon!
Cheers!
